Pieces available directly from LIGNORAE Atelier are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, final inspection and documentation.

Shipping within Germany and selected EU countries is generally possible. Delivery outside the EU can be arranged after individual review of destination, insurance and customs requirements.

Shipments are sent with tracking whenever the destination and carrier allow it. Transport insurance is selected according to the value of the piece and available carrier options.

Consumer withdrawal rights apply as described in the withdrawal information. Custom-made or individually personalised pieces may be excluded where legally permitted.

If a writing instrument needs attention, contact the atelier before sending anything back. The piece can then be assessed and the next steps confirmed personally.

Nib questions are handled individually. Depending on the nib, writing issue and availability of parts, adjustment or replacement may be possible after inspection.

Keep the instrument away from prolonged moisture, strong heat and direct sunlight. Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning products.

Each registered piece is connected to a permanent archive entry with photographs, material notes and identifying details. The certificate can link back to that record by QR code or URL.

Private commissions can be discussed when material, timing and scope fit the atelier's current work. A commission is confirmed only after the details are agreed personally.
