Shipping and returns
Prepared slowly. Sent securely.
Each available writing object is inspected, documented and packed by hand before it leaves the atelier in Munich.
Preparation before dispatch
Available pieces are prepared after payment has been confirmed. The atelier performs a final inspection, prepares the certificate and checks the presentation packaging before dispatch.
For pieces available directly from LIGNORAE Atelier, dispatch usually takes 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom work, engraving, special packaging or partner coordination may require a separate schedule.
Tracked and insured shipping
Shipments are sent with tracking whenever the destination and carrier allow it. Appropriate transport insurance is selected according to the value, destination and available carrier options.
A signature or personal handover may be required for higher-value shipments.
Germany, EU and international delivery
Shipping within Germany and selected European Union countries is generally possible. International shipping outside the EU can be arranged after individual review.
The shipping method, cost, insurance and delivery address are agreed before the contract is concluded or specified in the offer. Delivery times are confirmed individually; the preparation period above does not include the carrier's transit time.
Import duties, local taxes, customs fees and customs delays are outside the atelier's control and are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise before purchase.
Returns and transport damage
Consumer withdrawal rights apply as described in the withdrawal information. Custom-made or individually personalised pieces may be excluded where legally permitted.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with the carrier, keep the packaging and contact the atelier promptly so the shipment can be reviewed.
For a specific destination, timing question or insured shipment request, contact the atelier before purchase. Details can be confirmed personally before the order is final.
